Changing the Children and Young People Act 2008 – Stage 2
The ACT Government is reforming child, youth and family services to ensure they strengthen families and keep children and young people safe and connected. Carers can have a voice in this change.
The ACT Government is now seeking carer views through written submissions on areas of the proposed Children and Young People Amendment Bill 2 2024. They want to know if the proposed changes deliver the intended purpose of the reforms.
