Experiences of Older Adults with Dementia and Behavioural and Psychological Symptoms of Dementia (BPSD): Understanding Healthcare Access in Residential Settings

Do you have a loved one that is living with dementia?
Are they living in a residential aged care setting?

HCCA would love to hear from you!
Researchers from the Health Care Consumers’ Association would like to talk to you and your loved ones about your experiences in accessing health care since they have been living in a residential aged care setting.

To take part, you need to:
• Be a family member or friend of a person with dementia.
• Be supporting your family member/friend to access health care while they are living in a residential aged care facility.

What to expect?
You’ll take part in a confidential conversation of about 1 hour. This will be about your experiences and your loved ones experiences of accessing health care while living in a residential aged care facility.

If you would like to participate, or would like to find out more, please contact Jessica Lamb, HCCA Senior Policy Officer, on 02 6230 7800 or email: jessicalamb@hcca.org.au
