Consultation on draft lists of NDIS supports

On 27 March 2024, the Australian Government introduced into Parliament changes to the NDIS Act 2013 (NDIS Act). The changes in the Bill provide a framework for improvements to the NDIS.

If the changes become the law, there will be a new definition of NDIS support to help participants and providers to understand what NDIS funding can be used for. This will enable more flexible planning and new budget setting arrangements as recommended by the NDIS Review.

The Department of Social Services would like your feedback on draft lists about how NDIS funding can be used.
