R U OK? Day 2023
Today is R U OK? Day.
Too often, our caring community across the ACT, including young carers and those who care for people with mental health challenges, don’t prioritise their own wellbeing, and so today we are encouraging you to ask each other, R U OK?
Let the other carers in your world know you’re there, to really hear them, because a conversation could change a life.
And we encourage you to not just ask, bit to also listen to the answer and be there for each other.
This year, the theme is ‘R U OK?, I’m here to hear’ – you can learn how to create space for meaningful conversations at www.ruok.org.au.
