Caroline joined the Board of Carers ACT in June 2024. She is an experienced leader in not-for-profit and government organisations bringing skills and experience in leadership, strategy, governance, regulation and operations. Caroline has a background in diversity and inclusion, mental health, capability development and program management.

Caroline is a carer and a former member of the Carers ACT Mental Health Carers Policy and Advisory Group.

Caroline has qualifications in law and government and a background in industrial relations, having started her career as an industrial advocate. She is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is part-way through an Executive Master of Business Administration at Queensland University of Technology.
