Carers ACT operates Home Care Package co-ordination services for people living in the ACT and surrounding Capital Region. Carers ACT will be your one point of contact and, in negotiation with you, will book the service providers of your choice for you, saving you time and stress. Carers ACT provide monthly statements, so you know where you’re up to with your package spending. Being an independent provider means we broker all our services, so that we can give you the flexibility to choose your provider from our approved provider list and change your service providers should you wish to. Please note that our fees are calculated as a percentage of your package and when the package value increases our fee will have a corresponding increase.
Additional daily supplements may also be applied to your package, such as oxygen and dementia.
Carers ACT does not charge the basic daily fee.
If you wish to terminate your agreement with Carers ACT and transfer your package to another provider, Carers ACT requires 28 days written notice. We do not charge an exit fee.

Clinical Care – $94 – $220.00 per hour
Registered and Enrolled Nurses ie: Wound Care, Stoma care, Enteral Feeding, Catheter Care, Diabetes Management
Quotes are required for the following Goods and Services
Gardening, Home maintenance, Home Modifications, Allied Health, Assistive Technology, Spring Cleans, Goods and Equipment
