Weekend Yoga Southside

An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Saturday, repeating until June 29, 2019

Practicing yoga is not only an effective stress reliever, but also a great way to ease anxiety. By transferring focus and attention to the body and breath, yoga can help to lower your blood pressure, ease your aches and pains and help you to relax.

These classes are open for all carers and no experience is necessary – all levels and ages welcome.

Carers are welcome to stay for some refreshments and social chat after the class. You might also like to stay for the meditation class that follows at at 12 noon.

Class sizes are restricted so please register your attendance by email to or call us on 6296 9982

Cost:  $5 per carer, to paid on the day.

NOTE: This activity may not operate on public holidays nor in school holidays
