This 45 minute session incorporates meditation, mindful movement, some standing balance and energy flow all supported by a chair in the comfort of your own home.
The program focuses on stretching and relaxation through poses that assist the nervous system to reach a rest and digest state, promoting better sleep and overall health. This class is very accessible to everybody with no previous yoga experience required.
Find a quiet part of your home, set up a sturdy chair so that your feet are flat on the floor and your back is upright. Clear the space around you so that you can stretch your arms and legs out, turn your phone to silent, and discover the benefits of chair yoga.
