Understanding Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Mindfulness Techniques

June 30 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm AEST

Mindfulness offers carers a simple way to care for themselves and can be done anywhere at any time. Everyone always says “Yes, mindfulness is good” but how do you do it? How can you fit it into your everyday life?

In this workshop facilitator Natalie will teach simple ways we can be mindful in our daily tasks and develop an understanding of what mindfulness is and the benefits it offers.

Please note: Whilst it is helpful to do both part 1 & part 2 workshops, if this is not possible, attending either workshop will still be of great benefit.
