Participating in a regular t’ai chi class can assist to improve your overall health and wellbeing.
This can include managing stress levels, improving quality of sleep, as well as, building on your balance and flexibility.
Join our instructor, Lizz, for some gentle exercise and relaxation at her class at Hall. This class is suitable for beginners or for the more experienced.
Cost – $5 per carer, to be paid on the day.
Time: 10.30am- 11.45am
Please ensure you wear comfortable clothing, suitable footwear and bring a water bottle. This is a public class and you do not need to pre-register.
