As a carer, we know it is sometimes difficult for you to consider your own needs when you are looking after someone else. However, if your physical and emotional health begins to suffer, so will your role as a carer.
In this interactive workshop we will explore what self care means to you, what you can put in place to keep yourself well, as well as what services are available at Carers ACT to assist you in your caring role.
