Mindful Lunch Breaks: Switch off & Learn Zentangle Art

The Zentangle Method is an easy-to-learn fun and relaxing way to create beautiful images by drawing structured, repeated patterns. It increases focus and creativity and provides artistic satisfaction along with an increased sense of personal wellbeing.

Zentangle Art has been shown to help with insomnia, chronic pain, anxiety, self-esteem, panic attacks and improves fine motor skills, relieves stress and is a simple and relaxing activity.

This activity is open only to carers currently registered with Carers ACT. 

The Zoom Link will be emailed a few days prior to the workshop.  


What you’ll need: Pen/artline pen + paper

Knowledge required – Perfect for beginners.

By attending and participating in this session, you consent to video, images and audio of yourself and those you are responsible for being used in this manner. As this session is being live streamed, participants are reminded to arrive before or on time. The session will commence once the facilitator is available and as close to the advertised time.
