Carers are invited to join our qualified instructor, Belinda for our weekly Mindfulness and Meditation class.
Come along every week to enjoy the many benefits of mindfulness and meditation. Or feel free to come along whenever you are available.
Various mindfulness and meditation exercises will be explored each week.
All levels welcome – from the absolute beginner to the ongoing meditator.
Please ensure you wear or bring warm clothing. Blankets, chairs, mats and lounges are available as well as heating.
Cost is $5 per session payable on the day.
