Journaling can reduce stress, clarify thought and feelings and ultimately help you to get to know yourself better.
This is a four week program commencing on Tuesday 4th February 2020, subsequent sessions are 11th Feb, 18th Feb and 25th Feb.
The program will cover:
- different journaling techniques
- does a journal have to be all words?
- how to journal in just minutes a day for self care
- guided journaling
- working on your personal journal focus
Cost: $20 per person which includes an A5 journal
This activity is open only to carers registered with Carers ACT. Bookings are essential through the link above as there are limited places. Full cost of this event is payable on registration. Payment options include debit and credit cards. As this activity is at a cost to Carers ACT should a carer be unable to attend there will be no refund unless the space can be filled by a carer on the wait list.
