How effective is your communication? Learn some tips and tools such as interpersonal skills, body language and more to help you fine tune your communication skills. This training will assist with maintaining and nurturing your relationships during difficult times while helping you accurately express your needs and emotions.
Our presenter is a carer with lived experience looking after someone with mental ill health. She is a qualified DBT (Dialectical behavior therapy) instructor and has developed this workshop out of that model.
