An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Saturday, repeating until May 10, 2020

Come along and learn about building resilience through lifestyle and nutrition with Cultivating Wellness founder Stacey Curcio.

In these two 90 minute sessions, Stacey will discuss how stress can impact the body, and what we can do from a nutritional and lifestyle perspective to support ourselves, stay well and navigate our way through periods of uncertainly and stress.


This session will be conducted wholly online however there is an option to phone into the session if you aren’t able to access internet.

This activity is open only to carers registered with Carers ACT. Booking to attend is essential through the link above so that you receive the login information.

By attending and participating in this session, you consent to video, images and audio of yourself and those you are responsible for being used in this manner. As this session is being live streamed, participants are reminded to arrive before or on time. The session will commence once the facilitator is available and as close to the advertised time.
