Join award-writing poet and author, Lee Taylor-Friend will explore with you how yoga and various energy practices can be used as positive self-help tools to increase wellbeing and reduce stress, express yourselves in a safe and welcoming environment and expand your horizon.
This session will be conducted in person only at the Carers ACT Holt Office.
This activity is open only to carers registered with Carers ACT.
COST: $5 per carer (includes all materials)
Coffee, tea and light refreshments will be provided.
