Distress tolerance skills help us to manage our own emotions in times of high stress and crisis. They help you survive crisis and minimize potential negative outcomes.
Our presenter is a carer with lived experience looking after someone with mental ill health. She is a qualified DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) instructor and has developed this workshop out of that model.
