Confidence Building – 4 week course

An event every week that begins at 7:00 pm on Monday, repeating until July 6, 2020

Gain the confidence to believe in yourself, empower yourself to speak up and stand your ground.

Contrary to what you may believe, self-confidence is not something that some people “just have” and others don’t. You too can gain leadership skills and trust to believe in yourself.

This four week program with Life Coach Julie Wacker will teach you skills to become more confident and positive with yourself, it will kindle your personal assertiveness and it will show you how to interact with people in difficult situations.

Topics covered during the program include: Confidence & Wellbeing, Goal Setting, What drives You, Posture & Movements, Isometric Exercises, Breathing Exercises, What do you want, Voice Training: Voice modulation – Speak up and speaking out.

The 4 weekly sessions will be 90 min each starting on Monday 15th June.

The sessions will be conducted wholly online however there is an option to phone into the session if you aren’t able to access internet.

This activity is open only to carers registered with Carers ACT.

By attending and participating in this session, you consent to video, images of audio of yourself and those you are responsible for being used in this manner. As this session is being live streamed, participants are reminded to arrive before or on time. This session will commence once the facilitator is available and as close to advertised time. This session will not be recorded.
