This workshop will give you an introduction to using Mind Maps to help in your everyday life – keep track of tasks, reduce procrastination and get on top of your to do list once and for all!
The workshop includes
- The why, what, how of mind maps
- Benefit of using colours
- Working on an example Mind Map together
- Each participant prepares their own Mind Map with trainer’s assistance
- Presenting prepared Mind Maps
You will need to have paper, pens and/pencils – coloured best, to fully participate in this session.This workshop is open only to carers registered with Carers ACT.
By attending and participating in this session, you consent to video, images and audio of yourself and those you are responsible for being used in this manner. As this session is being live streamed, participants are reminded to arrive before or on time. The session will commence once the facilitator is available and as close to the advertised time. The session will not be recorded.
