The one hour session incorporates meditation, mindful movement, restorative yoga and energy flow in varying amounts so that every session will be unique, yet retain some similarities from week to week in the comfort of your own home.
Find a quiet place, roll out your mat, remove any obstructions, have a blanket handy and maybe a cushion, turn your phone to silent, and give yourself an hour of ‘you’ time.
This session will be conducted wholly online.
This activity is open only to carers registered with Carers ACT.
By attending and participating in this session, you consent to video, images and audio of yourself and those you are responsible for being used in this manner. As this session is being live streamed, participants are reminded to arrive before or on time. The session will commence once the facilitator is available and as close to the advertised time.
