Build Resilience through Lifestyle and Nutrition – Online Workshop

In this 2 hour sessions, Stacey Curcio, founder of Cultivating Wellness will discuss how stress can impact the body, and what we can do from a nutritional and lifestyle perspective to support ourselves, stay well and navigate our way through periods of uncertainly and stress.

This session will be conducted wholly online.

This activity is open only to carers registered with Carers ACT.

By attending and participating in this session, you consent to video, images and audio of yourself and those you are responsible for being used in this manner. The session will not be recorded.
