Well come along to our absolute beginners yoga course to find out what all the buzz is about from our experienced yoga instructor Jen. Experience the physical benefits of a yoga practise and see how it can assist to improve your strength, flexibility and balance.
We understand that not every body is flexible nor can be get on and off the floor. In this course, you will be taught how to modify the most essential postures to suit your body and abilities. The course will include discussion, practise and will cover: warm up postures; seated, standing and floor postures (and personal modifications); care for your body, including back care with twists; postures to improve your balance; breath work and relaxation; and putting it altogether in a simple routine you can either practise at home on your own or have the confidence to attend regular yoga classes. Yoga mats will be supplied.
