Our Carer Coaches, as part of the Carer Support Team are dedicated to providing a haven for carers that is supportive, enabling, fun, warm and nurturing.

We broaden carers perspectives and mindsets, helping to set a vision for themselves, resolve issues without judgement and to make the carer feel seen and heard.

We build relationships based on compassion that make a difference and help carers find themselves again.

In-person Coaching is about taking time out to think about your own wellbeing and consider how you can find space in your life to balance your needs and the needs of the people you care for.

Carers have been achieving fantastic results since we launched our carer coaching service in November 2022.

We invite you to take advantage of the opportunity for 6 free Coaching sessions to enrich your life. The new year is always a time to reflect and consider making changes.  If you would like to book yourself in for some sessions, contact the Carer Gateway on 1800 422 737 or your Care Planner for more information.
